The 6 person apartment measures around 70 m2 and includes a large living room with kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. It is possible to add an extra bed (with an additional cost of 10%).

The apartments are rented on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. During the low and mid season it is possible to change the day of arrival but a minimum stay of 5 days is required. For more information, please consult the online booking system.

The apartments are ready for check-in from 4 pm while check-out must take place by 10 am. The rental cost includes all utilities (air conditioning, water, electricity and gas). There is a cost for final cleaning of 40 Euros.  A linen service is available on request with weekly change at a cost of 9 Euros per person/week.

The apartments are finely furnished and equipped with a large private terrace with a splendid view that covers the entire gulf of Castellabate, from Punta Licosa to Punta Tresino. Each terrace is complete with umbrella, outdoor table and deck chairs to enjoy the splendid sunsets with a view of the island of Capri in the background.

All apartments are equipped with an LCD television, free WI-FI connection, private parking with automatic gate and access to the spacious picnic area complete with benches and barbecue. In summer you will also have the opportunity to swim and relax in the large swimming pool (21 x 7 m), which has recently been extended with a special children's area with a fun mushroom fountain for the delight of young and old!
